How do you make a boring lesbian vampire movie? Here’s how. There were a few lovely shots, & the leads were nice to look at. Otherwise, there’s not much to recommend. The acting is awful, but not funny awful. The music IS funny awful. I’m pretty sure a kazoo is used in one of the songs, in fact.

Honestly, I didn’t love it near as much as I had hoped I would, especially since (because?) I waited so long to be able to watch it. I’m only giving it three stars because of the score, & because I needed them to enter the door to hell at the end & they did.

Goblin is great, don’t get me wrong, but does the score enhance the dramatics of the movie or just sound cool? It was particularly distracting in this one.
