We decided it would probably be best if we watched something a little lighter next. With this in mind, our next movie will be Psycho Goreman, the newest feature from one half of the team that brought you The Void. If you’ve seen that one then you know we’re in store for something visually striking at the least. So check this one out and we’ll see you in two weeks.

Synopsis: Ivy is a psychic who used to be legit but now scams old ladies out of their money. She and her daughter Echo live in an isolated area in rural New York. They’re content with their lonely existence until Echo goes missing. Ivy turns to the paranormal abilities she rejected to find her daughter, and signs seem to be pointing her to a new neighbor; one who is acting very suspicious...

Our next movie is kind of a wild card. I don’t know a thing about it except that I think the name is stupid. People seem to be liking it tho, and my cohosts were intrigued that it was described as ‘disturbing,’ so here we are. Join us next time to discuss The Dark and the Wicked, which is available to rent now. Here’s a trailer for ya, see what you think. I’m going in blind, myself. Might as well take advantage of not knowing a thing.

I’m going to be real with you, dear listeners - a couple of your hosts are going through some family stuff right now and haven’t been able to record. We’ve been around since 2014 and have never skipped an episode, but I knew it had to happen eventually. We hope you accept our apologies and enjoy this episode from way, way back when we were wee podcasting babes. It originally aired five years ago today, as a matter of fact.

We promise to be back with an all new episode next time. Thanks for sticking with us, guys. -Amy

The Bloodlust

Director/Writer: Joel Anderson
Stars: Rosie Traynor, David Pledger, Martin Sharpe
Synopsis: Who killed Alice Palmer? Just kidding...sort of...
This is a Fauxdoc-style film, covering the events surrounding the death of 16-year old Alice Palmer. After going missing (we presume she drowned) during a family trip, Alice's body is eventually discovered floating in the water. Once this happens, the movie jumps from one subplot to the next as it attempts to discover what happened to her. The ending may not be exactly what you'd expect.

Next up, it’s our 150th episode! That right, our Sasquatchcentennial. In honor of the occasion we’ll be checking out a bigfoot movie that’s currently on Amazon Prime, Abominable. Join us next time to celebrate another pointless milestone, won’t you?
